Seven Great Tips for Building Self Esteem
If you have ever tried, you may have noticed how difficult it is to break the habit of criticizing yourself. It’s like saying, “Don’t think of elephants having sex!” But if a bucket is empty you can’t get it full by trying to get “the empty” out. When your self-esteem and confidence are low, you have a similar situation, so instead, set aside a few minutes twice a day to think positively about yourself and confidently about what’s coming up in your day or week.
